How to felt , in Japanese

Here is an example of felting, in Japanese.
You start off with some wool, and mold it with little sharp needles
until you like the way it looks.

Crafting

I think this will be my next needle felting animal...
Super cute!

Frankie magazine

Frankie magazine

Frankie magazine

Here is one of my fave magazines that is out there.
It is really hard to get here in Toronto, I only know of one place on College st. that gets it in every two months. It is worth it. Basically it is full of everything that I love.
If you can't find it, here is the website which is really cute.

Dan Rocca

To see more of Dan's work and to read an interview I did with him check out the Artist Profile.
Also Dan is really good at drawing, his attention to detail is crazy.
He also likes to listen to TEDtalks.

Dani Nash

Dani's work is all about her life up north, before she moved to Toronto.
It really gives you insight to who she is, and where she came from.
For more information and photos of her work, check out the Artist Profile I did with her.

Winston Hacking

Here is a link to the first Artist Profile article. Winston's work is amazing, and he is a really great guy, who is always working on something. He put together Film Fort, which is a giant fort where you can watch films from a diverse group of people, in a cozy environment.

Sarah Mcneil

Here is one of my favorite artist's at the moment. She was nice enough to let me do an interview with her for NOW magazine, a weekly Artist Profile article that I do. Go check her out, she is really sweet, and her work is to die for, take a look at her blog too.
